The components to be glued are placed in a referred position inside “boxes” placed on pallets. The pallet has everything needed for the glue application and coupling, including the suction plane.
The pallets move on a line that has the function of giving autonomy to the gluing island and it is possible to load different components in sequence.
Through the identification with the RFID chip of the pallets and of the individual “boxes” in which the parts to be glued are positioned, the robot automatically adapts the work cycle.
