PROCESSING METHOD AND PURPOSE
According to the art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) the data controller informs that the personal data provided spontaneously by the data subject are processed both manually and by means of electronic processors and application software in order to fulfill legal and contractual obligations (eg. sending of pre-contractual proposals)
These purposes constitute a legitimate interest of the Data Controller that does not prevail over the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. The provision of data is optional, but it is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual and regulatory obligations towards the data subject and consent is not required for these purposes.
For these purposes, in addition, the incorrect communication of personal data requested, in addition to not allowing the fulfillment of contractual obligations, may have as consequence the impossibility for the owner to guarantee the adequacy of the processing and the possible mismatch of the results of the treatment itself to the obligations imposed by the legislation to which it is addressed.
Data belonging to the particular categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR are not processed (data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, data biometric data, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation) nor data relating to criminal convictions and offenses referred to in Article 10 GDPR.
DURATION
The data will be processed as long as there are contractual relationships between Autec and the interested party and for a period of two years following the end of such relationships, without prejudice to different legal obligations and without prejudice to the rights of the interested party.
SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION
Personal data may also be communicated to companies charged with fulfilling contractual or regulatory obligations or managing services relating to the aforementioned purposes; the details of these companies will be made available to the interested party who requests it. Personal data will not be disseminated or transferred outside the European Union.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the right to access at any time the data concerning him (art. 15 GDPR) and that are in possession of Autec by writing to the above-mentioned contact details as well as the right, in the presence of the legal requirements, to request the correction of inaccurate data (art. 16 GDPR), the cancellation of the same (art. 17 GDPR), the limitation of the processing (art. 18 GDPR) or to oppose the processing (art. 20 GDPR), in addition to the right to data portability (art. 19 GDPR), subject to legal and contractual obligations, the interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
