This software allows to control the production of pu sole from the office; the supervisor pc is located in the office and is connected by ethernet with the pc of the robot and with the pc of the rotary table. Each mould must be provided with a radiofrequency tag (RF-ID system idenitfication): every time the rotary table makes one step, an antenna reads the data coming from the tag and the pc stores in its database all the datas.
In particular in the upper part you can control for each station the model, number, feet, material and colour that is is production in real time. You can also control when the mould enters in production (date and time), the initial round of the rotary, the number of soles really producted (the system is connectd directly to the plc of the rotary table and knows at every step if the mould was casted or not). You can also verify if the number of soles of left feet is the same of the right feet before to stop the production.
In the lower part you can program the list of changes of mould: you have to specify the initial round, the model, number, quantity, material and colour. These datas are transmitted in real time to the pc that controls the rotary table, so the operator is able to change the moulds following the list programmed from the office

       
    This graph represents the distribution of the material on the rotary table; this is useful because the programmer can control in which station he has to insert the new moulds; you have the same graph for the colour.
       
    This graph represents the speed of the rotary table during the 24 hours; every time you see a red pick it means the rotary table had stopped at this time from the operator. The green picks mean that the rotary table was not casting at this time. In this way it's poszibile to verify when and how mach the rotary table and the casting unit were stopped in the last 24 hours. The pc stores these datas and let you the possibility to report these data for the previous 6 months: for each day you can verify the daily production
