Automatic stocking of production in tanks

The aim of this plant is to transfer the pu soles from the rotary table directly to tanks. The belt conveyors are placed at 5 mt of height in order to reduce the ground space. Each conveyor is divided in boxes with a RF-ID identification system, so the pc knows the position of the production in every conveyor. When the system controller recognizes that the soles are over the proper tank, it activates a valve and the soles go down in the tank

When a tank is full, the controller opens the door of the tank and transfers automatically the soles from moulding zone to the washer zone. In this way there is non need to stock the soles in the boxes and transfer manually to the washer.

The control system is realized with Profibus Fieldbus, the pneumatic system with Festo valves
