  WATER BASED ADHESIVE APPLICATION WITH ANTROPOMORPHOUS ROBOT

In this application the robot applies water based adhesive on a pu sole. The Motoman Hp6 robot is able to follow the profile of the sole with constant speed; This is very important to have a constant flow of adhesive along the profile

HOW TO BUILD THE ROBOT CYCLE?

Usually when you want to build a robot new robot cycle, you have to store the trajectory point by point with the robot teach pendant. On the contrary in this application the operator can build the robot profile without the robot teach pendant: he must only move a pen along the profile of the sole, then the pc transmits the profile to the robot and it is ready to start the cycle. This is a very simple way to build the robot profile.
